Blizzard Releases New Vanity Pets For World of Warcraft

Cooking fire functionality is clearly game-breaking.
 
Back in 2005, the biggest, baddest dude in World of Warcraft was Ragnaros the Firelord. Deep within the Molten Core he dwelt, protected by his Naga allies and Elemental underlings. Brave adventurers would spend entire days moving through the Core, and even longer trying to get enough fire resistance gear and potions to successfully face Ragnaros.
 
Now he's available as an adorable vanity pet. Lil' Ragnaros will sit by you, and by cuteness you will be purged. He also functions as a cooking fire, which means that, technically speaking, you could taste the flames of Sulfuron.
 

The Moonkin Hatchling, a vanity pet announced at BlizzCon this year, is also out now, and straddles the line between adorable and disturbing. Each pet costs ten bucks, although half of the purchase price of the Moonkin Hatchling goes to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
